FAQ & Policies

Beads pose a choking hazard. Children and pets should not be left unattended with beads. The Bead Mansion is not responsible for what beads are used for once customer has received them. 

Every effort is taken to ensure pictures reflect accurate color, design, style, etc. Due to the nature of computer screens, cellphone screens and lighting, items may appear a smidge lighter or darker in person. Please be mindful when ordering colors and please reach out if you have a question or concern! 

Shipping - 

  • Orders will be processed and shipped in the order they are received.
  • Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. This can increase during holidays and/or busy seasons or after large sales. Please follow our social media pages to stay up to date with current shipping announcements.
  • Orders will be shipped via USPS and will include tracking and insurance (if applicable).
  • Once an order has been dropped off to USPS, I no longer have any control over delivery days or issues that may occur.

In the event your tracking shows delivery, but you do not have your package, it is your responsibility to contact USPS for assistance. USPS should be able to provide GPS coordinates of the package delivery. If mail theft is suspected, you will need to file a police report as mail theft is a federal crime. Orders will only be replaced or refunded after confirmation of police report/proof of theft. You may ensure your packages by paying for USPS Priority shipping as insurance is included. Insurance is not included in first class mail packages. We also offer Route, which ensures any package so long as you have paid for the route service. 

Returns & Refunds -

All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in the event cosmetic imperfections or damages are present, rendering the bead or supply unusable. Every effort is taken to ensure accurate color, description, and size of beads. Returns or refunds will not be issued due to customer negligence in reading product listing. 

Sales, Promotions, Discount Codes -

  • Discounts codes MUST be used while ordering in order for it to be applied. 
  • Neither discounts nor promotions nor sales can be applied to any previous purchases.
  • One ONE discount code per purchase can be used - unless otherwise noted.

Please note, item prices are subject to change. Refunds will not be issued in the event of a price change after a purchase.
